Butcher & Barlow opens new Stoke-on-Trent office as part of regional expansion

Leading Legal 500 law firm Butcher & Barlow has announced the opening of a new office in Stoke-on-Trent.

The new office at Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, will initially focus on supporting clients with property, rural, agricultural and Private Client matters. This includes residential, commercial and agricultural property, corporate, succession planning advice and estate administration, with clients also able to access the wider expertise of the Firm where needed. 

The office will be headed up by Partner Kelly Myatt, who specialises in residential, commercial and agricultural property. Kelly brings extensive experience acting for a wide range of clients, including farming families, landowners, property investors, developers and individuals moving home. She will work closely with colleagues across the Firm to support clients whose personal, family, property and business interests often overlap. 

Reflecting on the launch, Kelly said:

“Opening an office in Stoke-on-Trent is an exciting step for Butcher & Barlow and for the clients we support across North Staffordshire, North Shropshire and the Staffordshire Moorlands.

The launch forms part of Butcher & Barlow’s wider regional expansion strategy. The Firm will focus first on strengthening its rural, property and private client base in the area, before gradually developing its corporate and commercial work as the office becomes more established.
