Talented young performers from across Staffordshire are preparing to bring the magic of Disney's Frozen JR. to the Mitchell Arts Centre in Hanley on 9th and 10th November.

Presented by Rooftop Studios Stage Academy, the production brings together young performers from Stone, Leek and surrounding areas, who have spent months rehearsing to bring the much-loved Disney story to life.
Audiences can join Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and friends on a magical journey through Arendelle, featuring favourite songs including Let It Go, Do You Want to Build a Snowman? and For the First Time in Forever.
The production showcases the dedication, creativity and enthusiasm of local young people, giving them the opportunity to develop their confidence, teamwork and performance skills while experiencing the excitement of performing in a professional theatre setting.
The evening will also feature a special opening performance, Stardust, presented by Rooftop Studios' youngest Little Stage Academy performers.
With a running time of just over an hour, the production is an ideal introduction to musical theatre for younger audiences. Performances begin at 7pm and finish at approximately 8.15pm, making it a perfect family outing, even on a school night.

Why the Signal exists
Real news takes time. Thanks for taking yours.
You've just read a story that took time to get right. No clickbait, no racing to be first, no ads chasing you down the page.
I started The Staffordshire Signal because I got fed up of local news that chased clicks instead of stories. We're independent, not-for-profit, IMPRESS-regulated and owned right here, so we answer to nobody but you.
The honest bit: local news only survives if local people choose it. If we don't, it goes.
