Dougie Mac’s weekly Lottery rollover prize has reached a huge £5,000 and must be won on Friday 2nd February.
The rollover prize has been gradually increasing by £250 each week, since it was last won in July and, with no-one winning the top prize, the rollover is now at its maximum of £5,000!
Jane Irving, Head of Lottery at Dougie Mac, said, “Coming out of that expensive Christmas period, I’m sure £5,000 would be a welcome bank balance boost and just imagine what £5,000 could pay for – a family holiday, the chance to pay off some bills, or maybe simply top up your savings.”
In addition to this week’s special £5,000 rollover prize, anyone with a ticket will also be in with the chance of winning the guaranteed £2,000 weekly jackpot, as well as plenty more cash prizes.
Jane added, “Our weekly Lottery is an essential source of income for the hospice. Each year it generates over £1.5million of income - that’s equivalent to the annual cost of the specialist nurses who work out in the community, who give priceless care to hundreds of patients in their own homes – so our players really are making a difference every time they play.
“As our rollover has hit the impressive £5,000 prize cap, the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for the upcoming week's draw has opened up. Whether you're an occasional player trying your luck or a dedicated Lottery member seeking more opportunities to win, this is the perfect moment to secure your tickets.”
Tickets are just £1 each and are available to buy at all local Dougie Mac charity shops and at the hospice’s Supporter Hub in Blurton until the end of the Wednesday 31st January. Tickets will also be available online until 12pm on Thursday 1st February: www.dougiemac.org.uk/lottery
