Imperial Classical Ballet brings Swan Lake to Gatehouse Theatre, Stafford, on Sunday 8 November, as part of Amande Concerts' 20th Anniversary Season.

Swan Lake follows Odette, a young woman held under a spell, and Prince Siegfried, whose promise of love is tested by deception.
Tchaikovsky's score carries the story from the palace to the lakeside, where the white swans create some of ballet's best-known stage pictures. The contrasting roles of Odette and Odile place both dramatic characterisation and technical precision at the heart of the ballet.
The production features live orchestral accompaniment, bringing the score and the dancers together in the theatre.
The visit gives audiences in Stafford and the surrounding area a chance to experience the production at Gatehouse Theatre during the autumn tour.
The season marks 20 years of Amande Concerts bringing classical productions to UK audiences.
Imperial Classical Ballet's touring repertoire for autumn 2026 includes Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Giselle.
