Based at Leek Town Football Club, our activity group provides socialisation for people living with dementia and their carers. A range of activities takes place with in the group, from armchair exercises, arts and crafts, fun chair-based sports, conversation and laughter.
Refreshments are provided.


This group takes place every Wednesday 11am until 1pm.
