About Me

I currently present Consumer Cabin - Tuesdays 1pm to 3pm and The Friday Mid Morning Show and have been involved in Community Radio, Local radio and Hospital Radio on and off for around 25 years, doing stints in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Yorkshire and numerous more, also dabbled in pirate stations in the 80's and early 90's in the South East. I have spent a lot of my adult life as a party and club dj in my leisure time, owned 3 record labels releasing electronic music, and also lived 5 years in the Canary Islands working as an Entertainments Manager and also as a Compere on the cabaret circuits over there. My Professional working life has been spent working in the Licensed Trade, managing various Pubs, clubs and Hotels.

Favorite Bands & Music

I have an immensely varied taste in music from Pop, Classical, Electronica to Dance, Indie and Rock, I like to seek out the weird and wonderful in the music world, and am a big fan of the 1980's. Recent bands that I like in the last decade include, The Killers , Arctic Monkeys and the like... but still spend hours listening to lots of 70's classics too from the likes of Rick Wakeman, Hawkwind and Genesis.
