BREAKING NEWS- MAN KILLED ON RAILWAY LINE IN STOKE-ON-TRENT

A man has been killed in a collision with a train this afternoon in Stoke-on-Trent. The incident happened at just after 1pm   on the railway line near Trentham Road, Stoke-0n-Trent. A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "On arrival at the scene crews found a pedestrian and a train that had been in collision. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene."
