Penkhull Jazz & Blues Festival under threat

The letter was published in the Sentinel on Tuesday and attacked the festival and the amount of rubbish left after the event. The Penkhull Jazz & Blues facebook page then published the letter and it has caused quite a few comments, mainly in support of the event
