Staffs Fest 2018 May 25-27th

Staffs Fest now in its fourth year is getting bigger and bigger each year, the festival will not only have a huge marquee housing the main stage and bar, this year will introduce a second marquee. The second marquee named after Millie Bea the charity for the young girl with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy that we championed for the last two years, will house both the acoustic stage and on the Sunday will launch a Northern Soul All Dayer; a first of its kind in the area , with nine DJs playing tracks on vinyl. Staffs Fest is also expanding the reggae genre with the whole of the Sunday evening on the main stage will present a production of Reggae Rockz

Great music from Rock, Blues, Reggae and Soul The stage and main bar is under cover in a marquee so if rain or shine it doesn’t matter.

Lorraine Conkey the festival organiser said;

“It’s a great opportunity for the whole family to come along in a safe environment and enjoy the buzz of seeing live bands in concert. We have tried to cater for everyone and have food vendors not only selling burgers and hotdogs, Caribbean Cuisine, Thai, savoury & sweet pancakes; we have vegan and vegetarian options too. As well as the main bar selling wines and spirits, real ale, draught lager and beer, we have a gin and Prosecco tent where you can sample from 15 different gin and a big selection of wines, plenty of retail stalls selling all sorts of goodies from ethnic clothing and jewellery, and Kidz Zone with kids disco, glitter artists, face painter, sweets and bouncy castle

We have artists from the local area joined by bands from all around the UK. Staffs Fest runs on the May Bank Holiday Friday 25th through to Sunday 27th we have tried to keep the costs down as much as possible so we feel this is one of the best value for money festival around. All tickets included free camping and access to Lower Drayton Farm Entertainment Hub. There is even the option of glamping through local firm Land Pod so ideal weekend break, come and go as you please and those from out of town can explore the local area and its gems This year Staffs Fest are championing and helping to raise awareness of AED Donate.
