Master Of The Macabre Makes For Monstrous MET Show

Victorian Theatre Company, ‘Don’t go into the Cellar’, is returning to the MET Studio next month with an adaption of tales from the master of the macabre, Pandemonium of Poe.

Be led by the sinister Dr Trevellyan as he leads you into the deepest recesses of the human psyche. Along the way you will encounter such stark terror as may shatter the senses! But will you emerge from the shadows alive… ?
Formed in 2010, ‘Don’t Go into the Cellar!’ comprises some of the British Empire’s self-proclaimed finest practitioners of theatrical Victoriana in a macabre vein. Utilising a talented troupe of professional actors and crew, they pride themselves on bringing new adaptations of nineteenth century literature’s greatest ghost and horror stories to modern audiences.
