Two Arrested Following Assault In Shelton

Staffordshire Police were called to Stoke Road in Shelton at 9.20pm on 18th August to reports of an assault.

Officers found a 24-year-old man with stab wounds to his leg. The man was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

A 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man, both from Stoke-on-Trent, have been arrested for assault and grievous bodily harm with intent. The 17-year-old boy was arrested in Hanley. The 21-year-old man was arrested on the A460 approaching the M54 following assistance by colleagues at the Central Motorway Policing Group.
